Unitas Global Supports the Enterprise in Nearly Every Vertical
With a need to break into the global market, this flourishing North American SaaS company looked to Unitas to help them expand into the European market. The company had no engineering presence abroad to begin building an in-region infrastructure. By working with Unitas, a managed, OpenStack-based private cloud infrastructure and a disaster recovery solution was successfully deployed in AMEA without the SaaS company ever leaving headquarters. Their environment is managed and monitored through the Unitas Atlas™ dashboard. Through working with Unitas, the SaaS company has enjoyed a solution that is 35-40% more cost-effective than public cloud or their previous OpenStack solution providers. Their data is fully backed up with no vendor lock-in.
Because of Unitas’ global expertise, a growing online advertising platform partnered with Unitas to expand their global network into APAC. Their real-time bidding exchange required low latency and diverse connectivity to provide its customers with reliable service. The expansion requirements included: a centralized facility, access to multiple low-latency network providers, a customer-centric SLA and all fully managed by Unitas’ 24×7 redundant Cloud Management Center locations. This online advertising platform has expanded their cloud services with Unitas to include AMEA & North America.

The IT landscape of the healthcare industry has revolutionized in the last few years, with more incentives to move to digital records of data. This data massive amount of data from one healthcare provider needed to be stored in a way that was accessible, secure, and HIPAA compliant, as well as reinforced with a comprehensive disaster recovery solution. This healthcare provider is made up of a network of hospitals and doctor’s offices that each implemented their own IT infrastructure instead of one overarching infrastructure across them all. Unitas Global triaged the provider’s requirements and prescribed a Private Cloud infrastructure for their storage solution. The storage was built onto a completely private intranet network, creating a secure, off-the-grid infrastructure connecting all the hospitals and doctor’s offices. Unitas also provided an easy-to-use infrastructure management interface so the healthcare provider could focus on building applications on their now HIPAA compliant network. The healthcare provider could take advantage of government incentives due to their new digital data storage.
